Our story
Built on Purpose. Driven by Community.
Redistined Foundation Inc. was founded to meet people where they are — and walk with them toward something better.
How we started
A Vision Born in 2026
Redistined Foundation Inc. was founded in 2026 by Lewis Hanchell with a single, unwavering conviction: that every person deserves access to the resources, support, and opportunity needed to thrive.
Witnessing firsthand the gaps in community support — from educational access to basic assistance for those in need — Lewis set out to build an organization that would bridge those gaps through direct outreach, meaningful programs, and lasting relationships.
What began as a local effort has grown into a foundation committed to transforming lives and rebuilding communities from the ground up.
Mission & Vision
Why We Exist
Our Mission
To empower individuals and strengthen communities through outreach programs, educational initiatives, and direct assistance for those in need.
Our Vision
A world where every community has the resources, leadership, and support to determine its own future — and every person has the opportunity to be redistined for greatness.
Core Values
What Guides Us
Community First
Every decision we make centers the people we serve. We listen, we show up, and we stay.
Dignity & Respect
We believe in the inherent worth of every individual. Our work honors that truth in every interaction.
Education as Power
Knowledge opens doors. We invest in education because an informed community is an empowered community.
Accountability
We hold ourselves to the highest standard — transparent in our actions, honest in our impact, and responsible to those we serve.
Radical Action
We don't wait for change. We build it — boldly, urgently, and together.
Lasting Impact
We measure success not in moments but in transformed lives and communities that continue to rise long after we've walked alongside them.
